Join us Sunday, September 4, for the first edition of the Fredericton 1mi. As part of the Stride Running Series, the Fredericton 1mi is designed to engage the local community, provide runners of all abilities an opportunity to participate in a local event in preparation for other Fall races.
All participants will have chance to win draw prizes.
All proceeds from the event will go towards the UNB Reds Cross Country and Track and Field Team.
Schedule – September 4, 2022
7:00 – 7:45 AM: Bib Pick-Up/Race Day Registration
8:00 AM: 5mi / 10mi, Start
8:20 AM: Kids Race Start

1mi – $20
1K Kids Race – $5 (September 3); $10 (Race Day)
Route
The Route will be announced once approved by the City of Fredericton.
Prizes
The best races include prizes. That is why at the Stride Running Series the top-3 men and the top-3 women in the 1mi will receive prizes courtesy of our sponsors. All participants will entered into a draw to receive more prizes.
All participants of the 1K Kids race will also receive a medal courtesy of RunNB.
All proceeds will go to the UNB Cross Country and Track and Field Team
Proceeds from all Stride Running Series events will offset training costs, allow athletes to prosper athletically and academically, and help them achieve their goal of being a top-10 team in Canada. Please also consider donating to the UNB REDS CC & TF program in addition to your entry.
